This is a picture of Rozalin and Tink from the game Disgaea, I tried to make this similar to the Disgaea art style and I'm quiet proud of it lol, But anywho I'm in love with Rozalin's dress and I so what to make it my prom dress :] well I don't need to worry about that for a few years but ya

Time taken 10 hours
done with photoshop 3/tablet

(god the stupid gun took so long... but I think it looks ok)
